You can trust that a program will be put together that is tailored for you.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and reach their inner serenity. To achieve this, a calm safe space is provided, your concerns are listened to carefully and discussed, and a treatment plan is customized. Using hypnotherapy and life coaching techniques we can work together on any number of challenges and have options such as aromatherapy, crystal therapy or sound therapy to enhance our sessions.
Expertise, education and abilities are combined to facilitate changes that are mutually agreed upon to be in your best interest. You will be offered undivided attention during scheduled sessions. Janet: "I am professionally committed to assisting you in using your inner resources to reach serenity in the shortest possible time."
Hypnotherapy is a natural state that every person experiences in varying degrees every day. It is a state of deep relaxation where your subconscious is more present than your conscious mind. You may still be aware of everything around you; you are not asleep. Depending on the state of relaxation you reach, you may not be fully cognizant. This is similar to when you daydream, which is a hypnotic state.
You can come out of hypnosis any time you want. During Hypnotherapy, your subconscious does all of the work. The therapist is the guide to your subconscious mind. You are in complete control and can't be asked to do something that you don't want to or don't believe in. You have to want to change the behavior that is blocking your path.
During a hypnosis session the therapist will help the client manage the experience of their challenge, break patterns and help make changes less painful. The therapist is there to support and empower the client to embrace challenges with a positive outlook and through guided imagery facilitate the releasing of any negativity and fears associated with the current or past experiences, detach from life restricting or self sabotaging patterns and/or trauma.
Hypnotherapy can also be used to boost performance for education or athletes. It can help boost confidence or memory recall, shorten the healing period after injury or surgery and even help prepare expectant Mothers for natural childbirth.
